Our Story

CJN Legacy Properties was created from a deeper vision to help strengthen communities through housing, redevelopment, and strategic partnerships. As a registered nurse and community advocate, co-founder Kricia Jones witnessed firsthand how housing stability impacts health, family well-being, and long-term community growth.


Today, CJN Legacy Properties works to bridge housing opportunities with community impact through redevelopment initiatives, partnership development, and solutions designed to support both neighborhoods and the people within them.


We collaborate with real estate professionals, investors, property owners, municipalities, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and community partners to identify opportunities that strengthen neighborhoods through thoughtful redevelopment and housing solutions.
