After more than 25 years as a nurse and community advocate, co-founder Kricia Jones witnessed firsthand how housing instability impacts health, families, and long-term opportunity.
Today, CJN Legacy Properties partners with homeowners, real estate professionals, investors, municipalities, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and community partners to redevelop properties, expand housing opportunities, and strengthen neighborhoods through thoughtful redevelopment and strategic collaboration.

Our Founders
CJN Legacy Properties was co-founded by Courtney and Kricia Jones, combining expertise in construction, healthcare, and community development to create stronger neighborhoods through quality redevelopment and housing solutions.
Courtney Jones is a union carpenter, developer, and community builder with more than 25 years of experience in residential rehabilitation, commercial construction, and large-scale development. He leads redevelopment projects with a commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and creating lasting community impact.
Kricia Jones, BSN, RN, is a registered nurse, community advocate, and real estate investor with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. After witnessing firsthand how housing instability affects health, families, and opportunity, she envisioned a model where redevelopment becomes a pathway to healthier people, stronger neighborhoods, and whole-person wellness.
Together, they founded CJN Legacy Properties to combine quality redevelopment with a shared commitment to creating healthier, stronger communities through stable housing and strategic partnerships.
